DAILY SCHEDULE

The daily schedule will continue to change with the seasons and the ages of the kids as they come and go and grow and as I see fit. But it is also important to try to keep to a schedule that the kids can depend on so they can feel a sense of knowing what will happen next when they are away from Mom and Dad and of course most kids thrive on schedules!

Everyone helps with clean up

Walk school kids to bus stop/Outside play

8:30 am

Circle time/morning greetings/songs/puppets/story/sharing/letter of the day/calendar/numbers/colors

8:50 am

Play time/stations set up/imaginary play/sensory play/fine motor play

10:00 am

Clean up time

Outside play

11:10 am

Lunch preparation time/kids watch television

Everyone helps clean up

Yoga

12:10 pm

Quiet time/nap time/cot time

1:10 pm

Littles continue to nap while older children have learning and arts and crafts time

2:10 pm

Storytime until everyone is awake

Snack time

2:40 pm

Play time/stations set up/sensory play/imaginary play/games/team play/fine motor play

3:15 pm

Afternoon meeting/Goodbye song/puppets/sharing/story/learning

3:25pm

Clean up/pack up bags in cubbys/take home stuff

3:30 pm

Walk to bus stop to pick up school age kids/after bus drops off walk to neighborhood playground and play

4:20 pm

Walk back to house/play in yard until pick up

5:00 pm
